General

A binding contract for the sale of all products will be created upon a communication being sent by Natur Boutique to the buyer confirming the acceptance of the buyer's order and upon no other event. 'Acceptance' shall for the avoidance of doubt be at the time the communication is 'sent' by Natur Boutique.

On-Line Ordering

You can order on-line using our very simple and secure ordering system. Simply find the teas that you want and Add them to the Basket. Once you have selected all your teas, go to Checkout and Complete the order choosing any of the payment options.

You can pay by Credit or Debit cards or by cheque. If you choose to pay by credit or debit cards, then your order will be automatically sent to our warehouse for packing and delivery. You can also send the order form on-line and send a cheque quoting your order reference. Order Confirmation will be sent to you automatically with an Order Number.


Pricing & Availability

All prices are in UK Pounds are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without notice to take into account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials and of alterations in rates of exchange and import duty which may occur it the course of manufacturing the products.

All items displayed on the website are usually in stock in our warehouse unless 'Out of Stock' is displayed next to a product, in which case it is out of stock. New stock usually takes 2-3 days to arrive from the suppliers, unless it is out of stock at the supplier, which could then take longer.

The price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction. In the unlikely event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will call you to inform you of the situation and discuss with you how to progress the order.

Normal delivery times are:
UK 3-5 working days,
Europe 5-7 working days,
Worldwide 7-10 working days


We will always keep you informed about any delay that we are aware of. For EC and overseas deliveries, the buyer is regarded as the importer of record. The buyer may therefore be subject to additional charges duties and/or taxes, which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Natur Boutique is not responsible for any additional cost or expense incurred by the buyer save as are specifically included within the delivery charge or as otherwise provided for herein.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Natur Boutique. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with one or more of our teas or accessories then, please send it back, in its original condition, including your original documents and specifying your reasons for return, and we will issue you a full refund for the item(s).

We cannot accept returns of teas or teatime foods where the packets have been opened, unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality.

Please note, your statutory rights are not affected.

All returns must be carried out within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless the item we delivered to you was faulty or in error.

The buyer may not at any time alter or deface any trade marks identified on the products with the intention of attaching or juxtaposing another trade mark, unless the buyer is in receipt of Natur Boutique's express prior permission in writing.

The copyright in any design, presentation, packaging and/or literature in connection with the products shall remain the property of the owner of that copyright and no right or licence (except as to the use for which the products are supplied) shall be granted hereby whether express or implied.

Warranties

Natur Boutique makes no warranty in respect of any products or service advertised by Natur Boutique on this website but which is supplied by a supplier independent to Natur Boutique.

Governing Law

English Law shall govern the construction, validity and performance of these Terms and Conditions and of any agreement that exists between Natur Boutique and the buyer in all respects. In any dispute with Natur Boutique regarding these Terms and Conditions and or the supply of products to the buyer, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
